Margaret H. Morgan

Margaret Helen Morgan, age 95 or Stone Mountain, GA, passed away, Friday, October 4, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Walter (Red) F. Morgan; her daughter, Barbara Jarvis; her granddaughter, Lori (Jason) Edwards; her great-granddaughters, Morgan McCarty and Catriona Edwards; and great-grandson, Wyatt Edwards.Margaret Morgan was born in Watford, England. She came to America in her twenties and resided in Macon, Georgia, until she met her husband Walter (Red) Morgan. She and her family moved to the Atlanta metro area. She worked as an accountant for the Woodman Company, eventually being promoted as Treasurer/Secretary of the company until her retirement. Margaret Morgan was a Charter Member of Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, GA. She enjoyed bowling, golf, and gardening in her yard. She was deeply loved and will be missed.The Service to Celebrate the Life of Margaret Helen Morgan will be on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Smoke Rise Baptist Church, Stone Mountain, GA. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Tom M.
