Jefferson “Clay” Hulsey, age 79 of Snellville, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Pat Hulsey; daughters, Tanya Hulsey (Dewayne O’Kelley) and Sonya Hulsey Glasgow (Jesse Glasgow); sister, Mary Lou Joiner; brother, Frank Taylor Hulsey; and grandchildren, Preston Clay, Lindsay, and Stella.The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Jefferson “Clay” Hulsey will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville, GA.
