Bishop, Terri Dobbs Celebration of life for Ms. Terri Bishop will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015, 2:00 pm at Lucerne Baptist Church, 4805 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047 with Pastor Pete Mattix officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Tom M. Wages Funeral Services, 3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039 (770) 979-3200. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Georgia.She was preceded in death by her father E. O. Dobbs, mother Loraine Dobbs, and daughter Wendi Bishop. I was saddened to hear of Terri's recent passing. Although I did not know her well while we were students in the class of 1960 at Northside High School (Atlanta, GA), everyone in the class who knew her had nothing but kind, wonderful words about her. Many classmates also attended Brandon Elementary School with Terri as they were growing up in Atlanta. Her career with Coca-Cola sounds like it was very exciting and gave her the chance to see a lot of the world. May she rest in peace. John O.
