Salvatore Alesi

Salvatore Frank Alesi, age 79 of Lawrenceville, GA passed away April 26, 2010.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Dorothy Alesi and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Rex Harrison of Houschton, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Amy Alesi  of  Bishop, GA; brother, Anthony and Kathryn Alesi of Bloomfield, NJ; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  Mr. Alesi was born in Queens, NY, retired from Union Carbide Corp. after 50+ years of dedicated service.  He was a US Navy Veteran.  Mr. Alesi and son, Tom spent many years traveling the country Racing Motorcross.  He loved spending quality time with his loving family.  He was an outstanding husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 29 at 10am at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will be held at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8pm, at the funeral home.
