Randolph (Randy) Edmund Fisher, age 63, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 2, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Rochelle Perlman Fisher, daughters and sons in law, Jennifer and Robert Gasaway of Loganville, GA, Lenore and Scott Dixon of Lawrenceville, GA, grandson, Dayton Dixon, sister and brother in law, Agda and Lester Frohock, nephews, Michael and Jason Frohock, niece, Rachel Cohen, his beloved pets, Athens, Sydney and Wezzer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edmund and Margaret Bergstrum Fisher. Randy was retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Randy will be at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:30 P.M. until the service time and will receive friends again following the service. My heart goes out to you. Randy and I were the best of work friends. I have never met anyone more generous and caring. He has had a huge impact on my life.
I will truly miss you, my friend, never to be forgotten.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Randy. Randy and I were co-workers at BellSouth Long Distance in Atlanta. We played golf together often and had lunch several times a week. Randy had a keen sense of humor,loved to laugh and play jokes on people.I will truly miss him. My condolences to the family.
As we walk the paths of life, we encounter many souls on our journeys. The measure of a man is the impact he leaves upon the souls of those he meets.
I was one of the many that Randy met on his journey and I thought my self blessed to have met him and to have grown to know him. Randy had a course exterior, but once you were able to get beneath it you found a dedicated family man and a steadfast friend.

I worked with Randy at Bellsouth/AT&T and he will be missed. We always had out time in the mornings to talk baseball. He was a Mets fan and I'm a Braves fan.
I am going to miss Randy. He is one of those folks that loved and was totally devoted to his family. Randy was one of the most honest people that I've ever met and I enjoyed working with him. I am praying for his wife and children and so many others that were close to him.
You will be missed! I love the family you have created and I'll be there for them as long as they let me.
