WAITS: Mary "Minnie" Waits, age 77, died February 19, 2008, at her home in Snellville, Georgia. Mary passed away in peace after a prolonged illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, son, Charley and son, Allen. She is survived by her son, Stanley Waits of Snellville; daughter and son-in-law, Felicia and Joe Putman of Grayson; daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Michael von Bothmer of Majorca, Spain; grandchildren, Chuck Waits of Douglasville, Ryan and Suzanne West of Fort Myers, Florida, Matthew West of Ocala, Florida, Genevieve Waits and Andrew Waits; great grandchildren, Betsy Olivia West and Tatiana Waits, Christopher Waits; sister, Bernice Warwick of Cornelia, Georgia. Mary?s generosity, kind heart and great faith were an inspiration to her family and to all that knew her. She lived her life with integrity and bravery. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 24 at 3:30pm at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Pastor Ken Corley and Chris Strong officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 until 8pm at the funeral home. Tom M.
