Mamie Ruth Garrett, age 84 of Snellville, GA passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Buddy Garrett; sons and daughter-in-law, David and Susan Garrett, Tim Garrett; sisters, Faye and Jerry Benson, Mable Jackson all of Snellville; grandchildren, Jackie and Scott Farmer, Kenneth Garrett, Matthew Garrett, Maggie Garrett; great grandchildren, Drew and Vaiana Brown, Brittany and Andy Schwarz, Dusty Farmer. Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 21 at 11am at Melwood Cemetery with Pastor Don Cotton officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 until 9pm, at the funeral home.
