Lela Marie Eppinga

Marie Eppinga, age 88 of St. Mountain, GA passed away February 25, 2014. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Harold of Ellijay; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Dorothy Eppinga of Lawrenceville, Ernie and Jerry Eppinga of Providence Forge, VA, Mike and Jenny Eppinga of Douglasville; grandchildren, Tamara Almond, Jeff Harold, Brooke Stewart, Michael Eppinga; great grandchildren, Carl Almond, Emily Almond, Monroe Eppinga; brother, Jimmy Eppinga of Clarkesville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest W. Eppinga, sister, Minnie Lea Brown and niece, Ann Brown.Mrs. Eppinga, a homemaker, was a resident of St. Mountain for 50 years and a long time member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.Graveside services honoring the life of Marie Eppinga will be held Friday, February 28 at 1:00pm at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarkesville, GA.
