Joan Wages

WAGES: Joan Hewatt Wages, age 76, of Snellville, GA died Friday, January 30, 2009.  She is survived her husband of 59 years, Lamar “Mutt” Wages, son, Byron L. Wages of Snellville, GA, daughter & son-in-law, Bridget & Michael Roberts of Flowery Branch, GA, two loving grandchildren, Eric & Chad Roberts also of Flowery Branch and a host of cousins and friends.   Mrs. Wages was a member of Bethany Baptist Church for over 50 years.  She was retired from Dekalb Steel, Inc. after 15 years.  She was a avid bingo player.   A Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 2, 2009 at 2:00PM at Wages Snellville Chapel with Pastor Ralph Wilson officiating.  Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at the funeral home.   Condolences may be sent or viewed at www.wagesfuneralhome.com Tom M.
