James “Jim” Mervyn Rodgers, age 76, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Carol McKenzie Rodgers, daughter Debbie Rodgers both of Lawrenceville, GA, son and daughter in law, Jim and Lisa Rodgers of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Morgan Rodgers and Lauren Rodgers, great grandchildren, Anthony Rodgers and Jackson Walton, sisters, Mary Garrett and Theresa Rodgers. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Rodgers and Hazel Christmas Rodgers, brothers, Joe Rodgers, Ed Rodgers and John Rodgers and a sister, June Newell. A Service to Celebrate the Life of Jim Rodgers will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel. Deacon Terry Millinger will officiate.
