Henry Lovic Mitchell, Jr., age 90, of Snellville passed away Friday, December 2, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Rawlins Mitchell, and daughter, Vicky Carol Turner. He is survived by his grandchildren, Clint Griffin, Robert Dustin Turner, Lee McCann, Darrell Lamb; great granddaughter, Isabella Cadence Turner; and brother, Clay Mitchell. Henry was a Gwinnett County native and a Veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from General Motors after many dedicated years of service. A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Henry Lovic Mitchell, Jr. will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 2PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Snellville Historical Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, December 5, 2011 from 5PM until 8PM at the funeral home.
