George's calmness, sweet nature and grace toward others was an effective witness for his Lord. I worked with George for many, many years. I loved to talk with him on the phone as he was very unique. He would question, listen and then there would be silence for as long as George needed to think through the discussion and then he would make a statement or ask another question. You just waited. I work with Alabama Power and have the utmost respect for George. May God grant you peace in his passing.

I worked with George Wagener for over 10 years. He was a very kind, considered and brilliant man. Beside one other person, he was the only person that I knew who could write a computer algorithm in INK the first time without mistakes. It was a pleasure knowing him. My life is enriched for knowing him. May God Bless and keep you in your hours of sorrow.

Please accept my condolences and find much comfort in the days ahead. Our Grand God (Psalms 83:18), has promised to eliminate all tears of sorrow and even death will be no more. What a wonderful time that will be! This beautiful hope is recorded at Revelation 21:3,4.5.
