Francis "Frank" Xavier Matticola

Francis “Frank” Xavier Matticola, age 68, of Suwanee, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Debra (Milke) Matticola, sons and daughters-in-law: Cory and Jennifer Matticola; Mark and Dawn Matticola; Erik and Megan Matticola, grandchildren: Alex, Andrew, Stephanie and Kacey Matticola, brother, William Matticola, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Sabato and Mary (Messina) Matticola and a granddaughter Camryn Matticola. Frank was a native of New Jersey. He was a Contract Manager for Gwinnett County Storm Water Department for over 10 years. Frank loved traveling and fine dining. He had been president/treasurer of the Central Gwinnett Baseball Booster Club. A viewing and visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. A Memorial Service to Honor and Celebrate the Life of Frank Matticola will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel. Rev. Thomas Johnson will officiate.
