Elizabeth “Austin” Huseby, age 20, of Suwanee, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 23, 2013. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Anne Young Huseby; brother, William Alexander “Alex” Huseby; maternal grandmother, Betty & William Gissendaner all of Suwanee, GA; maternal grandfather, Tommy & Frances Young of Rebecca, GA; paternal grandmother, Marcia & Butch Sproles of Loganville, GA; paternal grandfather, Dick & Phyllis Huseby of Canton, GA; uncles, Scott & Joni Young of Decatur, GA, Ronnie Huseby of Loganville, GA; aunt, Bettina Huseby of Lawrenceville, GA; two cousins, Missy and Amber Huseby; other relatives and a host of many friends. Austin was predeceased by her father, William “Bill” Stanley Huseby in 2009.Austin was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 18, 1992, to Elizabeth Anne Young Huseby and William "Bill" Stanley Huseby. She was a 2011 graduate of Peachtree Ridge High School where she was an honor graduate and member of the National Honor Art Society; and currently a student at the University of North Georgia. Austin had a passion for all things artistic. Austin's greatest joy in life was making people happy and always encouraging them to be the best they could be in their lives. She could set a proper “table” for dinner from an early age and always knew where things were in helping people find lost items. This wonderful young lady will be deeply missed by her devoted family and many loyal friends.The Service Honoring the Life of Austin Huseby will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Snellville United Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Suender officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, May 28th, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, May 30th at 11:00 A.M. at the Young’s Cemetery, Rebecca, GA with Rev. Eric Smith officiating. Flowers are accepted, but those desiring may make donations to Outward Bound Ministry, C/O Free Chapel Worship Center, 3001 McEver Rd., Gainesville, GA 30504 in memory of Austin Huseby.
