Cathy Evans, age 62 of Lilburn, GA passed away October 31, 2011.  She is survived by her sisters, Debbie Japp and Jean Johnson; cousin, Margaret Linhorst; niece, Amanda VandeRyt and two beloved golden retrievers, Roxy and Rascal.  Ms. Evans was employed with AT & T for over 37 years, where she held numerous positions and most recently as Lead Training Manager.  A Service Celebrating the Life of Cathy Evans will be held Thursday, November 3 at 2:00 pm at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 12noon until service time, at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta or McKelvey Transplant Center at Emory University, in memory of Cathy Evans.  Condolences may be sent or viewed at www.wagesfuneralhome.com.
