Betty S. Dickinson, wife of the late William D. Dickinson, Sr., and a longtime resident of Snellville, Georgia passed into Heaven on Friday, January 10, 2014, at the age of 87 years.Affectionately known as “Mrs. D.”, “Miss Betty”, and “The Mama,” she was a true example of a life well lived. Betty followed her Christian Faith throughout her many years. Those that knew and loved her have been so blessed to have her strength, wisdom, and compassion to guide us and nurture us in so many ways. This fine lady will always and forever be missed.Betty leaves behind her son, William D. Dickinson, Jr.; daughter, Stephanie Dickinson; grandsons, William D. Dickinson, III and Matthew A.
