He was 78 years old.He is survived by his wife Catherine Crosby, his step children Travis (Michelle) Finck, Rebekah (Jared) Rhodenizer, and Zachary (Stacey) Finck; his niece Chase (Jacob) Erwin, nephews William Berry, Hunter Berry, Connor (Aaryanna) Berry, Grant Berry, Rob Berry; Grandchildren Ezra Finck, Oliver Finck, Evelyn Fink, Anna Rhodenizer, Cash Rhodenizer, Sophia Finck, Jacob Finck, Samuel Berry, Josiah Erwin, Daniel Lawla.He is preceded in death by his parents, Rosa and Mac McElveen, Clifford Crosby Sr and his loving sister Rosemary Thigpen.Born on March 18, 1945, in Hazlehurst, Georgia, Samuel was the embodiment of passion, creativity, and dedication throughout his life. He pursued his academic endeavors at Auburn University, graduating with distinction and setting the stage for a remarkable career in industrial design.Samuel's professional journey was marked by unparalleled success and innovation.
