Son -In- Law of Richard and Angela Hospedales and John and Gretta (deceased) Titus Brother-In-Law of Catherine Hospedales, Curtis Lue Sue, Danika Hospedales Greaves, Sheldon Greaves, Ramon and Gianina Hospedales. Nephew of Amelia Rivera, Irma Heath and Thomas Willoughby. Cousin to many. Friend and inspiration to many more. He is loved. He will be missed. He never gave up. His body gave out.A Memorial Service Honoring the Life of Ricardo will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 6PM at Lawrenceville Church of God (Praise Community Church). Between the ages of 14 and 20, in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Ricky and I wee virtually inseparable. We were wingmen to each and cut-buddies as we navigated the intricacies through the turbulent teen years. I have a tremendous number of memories of the time together. As I recall, for best friends, we never actually argued about anything because we shared very similar outlooks on life. Life being what life is we drifted apart for 4 decades.

In the last few years we reconnected through social media and began rebuilding the friendship that we had. There were a couple of issues that needed clearing, baggage from our youth, but it is a testament to what we had that we cleared thouse and prepared to move forward as friends.

As with anyone I am saddened by his passing, and even more so because for me he represented glorious times of youth, fun, and growth.

Rest well my man.

I’m saddened by the news of my friend passing. But I’m rejoicing knowing that he is now whole and healed in the Pressnce of God Almighty. We will miss Rick but we will be reunited in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and many friends.
