I am so sorry to learn of Ms Rachel's passing. I met her in the early 90's while doing family history research. She was a world of information being the keeper of the records for Rock Chapel Methodist Church. We connected immediately as my great grandfather built a desk for her grandfather that she had. It was beautiful. Of course I tried to get her to let me buy it from her but she said that her children wanted it which I could understand. She also owned the land in which my great grandfather had lived on. I had been through Lithonia on the way to parts unknown and thought of her so many times and wanted to stop but time didn't permit. Please accept my sincere condolences. I thought the world of her.
