Larry Hugh Allen passed away on Tuesday, July 17,2018.He was born in Union City, PA to William "Bill" and Eloise Allen. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Cristy Allen and their beloved furry baby Lucky. I found out about Larry's passing today. Cristy I am so sorry for your loss. We worked together a long time ago at Arthur Pew Construction. It is hard to believe so much time has passed. My heart hurts for you.
