Janet Lee Grizzle My Mom. My Mom, Janet Lee Grizzle, went to be with her father and grandma on June 24, 2022. Her life began Janet Lee Gibson on June 1, 1946, in East Cleveland, OH. She grew to give birth to a son James (’65). She married Ray Kimbler and had two more sons, Raymond Kimbler Jr. (’68) and Scott Kimbler (’69). Over her life Mom lived in OH, FL, TX, and GA. She and her second husband Ray Grizzle shared homes in Stone Mountain and Gainesville, GA. Mom was a member of White Creek Baptist Church in Cleveland, GA and was a supporter of both Free Chapel in Gainesville and Joel Osteen Ministries. Mom perhaps found her greatest happiness with the birth of her first granddaughter Amber (’89). She and the family welcomed several more grandchildren after. Mom love planting flowers and gardening. She also enjoyed sharing with others. She was always good to stay close to friends and family her whole life. My Mom. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Janet Grizzle will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 12:30 PM at Sweetwater Primitive Baptist Church, Lawrenceville, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, Snellville, GA.
