Click to view livestream service Jabari Elizah Taylor was born, March 8th, 1999 to Kenyatta Taylor and Nichole Mccready in Decatur Georgia at Dekalb Medical Hospital. Jabari is survived by his loving grandparents, Carol McNeil, David Tate, Kim Tate, and Cynthia Cook; uncles, Elmo Desilva, Charles Taylor, John Taylor, and Theo Tate; aunty, Jonai Cook, Amber Mccready, and Taliyah Tate, Jabari was the oldest of 7 siblings, Janiya Taylor, Trinity Taylor, Naiem Taylor, Khalil Taylor, Ja'kai Taylor, and Ahjenai Taylor. Jabari was preceded in death by his uncle, Deshaun Brooks and Travis Tate, as well as a host of cousins and friends. Graduating from Stevenson High School, attending Georgia State University and soon after Brunswick Job Corps. Jabari took part in the historical 2020 elections. Working at 2nd Street Associates registering people to vote. Bar or Bari as his family called him was an imaginative, fun-loving and charismatic young man. A Loving family man with a brave spirit and loving heart. He often spent most of his time entertaining his friends and family. We all knew when Jabari entered the room that a good laugh would followed. He was always authentically himself. Jabari was always particular about people being in his room, he did not like germs. He liked steak meat! His smile was contagious, his laugh was infectious! His hugs were enduring and his love is endless. Gone to soon, he will be deep missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Jabari E. Taylor will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 23, 2020 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home. You can view the service, which will be livestreamed, either by going to the Tom M. Wages Facebook page or by clicking the blue link, on the obituary page, on our website. Due to the current COVID-19 regulations, our staff is committed to taking care of our guests and families that we serve. Please understand that we will be limiting the amount of people at our chapel for visitations and services.
