Howard “Dennis” Jordan, Jr., born in Atlanta, GA in 1932 to Howard Dennis Jordan and Thelma Jordan passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 6:00 AM at Emory Acute Care Hospital, Decatur, GA. with his family at his bedside. Dennis is survived by his wife of 70 years, Chris McNiel Jordan; son, David (Pamela) Jordan; daughter, Christie Jordan Iglicki; grandsons, Matthew Iglicki and Timothy Jordan; and nieces and nephews. Dennis retired from Lucent Technology formerly Western Electric in 1984 after 36 years of dedicated service. Following his retirement he enjoyed traveling with his family throughout the US to all states, Mexico and Canada. Dennis was very social and loved his monthly lunches with his Jr. High School group, Roosevelt High School group, company retirees and his Friday breakfast buddies through the years. Having served in the Army, There will be a graveside service at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. These service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
