Emogene Richardson Crabtree

Emogene (Jean) Cowart Richardson Crabtree, age 74 of Snellville, GA, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 3, 2019. This day also marked her 38th wedding anniversary to Larry Crabtree. She was truly an inspiration to many, as well as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Moseley (Alan), Shelley Warren (Keith), Laura Murphy (Dave), Kelly Strauss; her son, Jerry Richardson (Pamela); her brother, Jack McKinney; and her sisters, Corbin Bettencourt (Richard), and Cochran Garnett (Jeff). She had twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished.A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. at Tom M. Wages Funeral Home in Snellville, Ga. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 and from 11:30 a.m. until time of service on January 10.
