Elizabeth A. "Betty" Canfield Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

God called home one of His most loyal and faithful servants on July 2, 2022. Elizabeth (Betty) Canfield was a strong woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was always up for adventures and has traveled all over the world. From camping to vacations with family, she was always repping her Betty Boop! She was so full of life and always up for dancing and a good time. Betty was also a National Roller Skating Champion in her younger years. Elizabeth was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth Emke-Cunningham, her father John Howard Cunningham, her closest cousin and best friend Nora Weber, as well as many other aunts and uncles. We all believe Nora Weber was with her when she passed. Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Linford (Sonny) Canfield; four children and their families, Dawn Farris (Adrian), John Canfield (Joanna), Lynda Costello (Thomas), and Lisa Zmyewski (Michael); as well as 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, with 2 more on the way. A Memorial Mass Honoring the Life of Elizabeth will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Fr. Henry Atem officiating. Elizabeth and Linford had a lifetime of Love that will continue into eternity. Rest in Peace Gigi! You are now with your Savior and will always be with us in Spirit! Until we meet again Mom, we love you dearly and you will be missed greatly.
