Edith Moore Burdett, age 100, of Lilburn, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021. Born April 28, 1921 to the late John Tasca and Maggie Bookout Moore, in Atlanta, GA. Edith was married to the late Robert Paul Burdett for sixty four years. Other than her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers. Survivors include her sister, Betty McMillin; son, Robert P. Burdett Jr.; daughter, Pamela B. Willis; three granddaughters, Angela (John) Myers, Caryn Burdett, Barrett (Sebastian) White; two grandsons, Michael (Bobbie) Burdett and Tom (Chelsey) Willis; six great-grandchildren, Tyler Myers, Makenna Myers, Caitlyn Myers, Michael Burdett, Allisyn Burdett, and Webster White. She was a loving wife and homemaker for her entire life, dedicating her time and attention to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be forever loved and missed. During WWII, Edith worked for Sears and Roebuck as a billing agent. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
