I first knew Ms. Dorthy as "Nancy's mom." At the Kroger store I'd say many times..."Hey Nancy's mom!" Until one day she let me know that her name was Dorthy. She'd often bring NANCY a snack and I'd be like, "Hey Dorthy, l like snacks too!" Ya know,...cause me-n-Nancy are besties and all! Any who, one day she brought ME the MOST DELICIOUS homemade cream corn I'd ever had. Anytime after that day, when I'd see her, I'd think of that corn...much like right now, my mouth would start watering!!! Upon occasion, I might have inquired on when there'd be another batch of corn a brewing. I will miss "Nancy's mom" aka "Dorthy" and I will, of course, miss her delicious cream corn! RIP Dorthy.
