Debbie Campbell, age 61 of Snellville, Georgia, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 28th, 2021.She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Pridmore Chalmers and her brother Mark Chalmers.She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Philip Campbell, sons Dr. Joshua Campbell (Anna) of Winston Salem, NC, Justin Campbell (Chelsea) of Decatur, GA; grandchildren Lily Grace, Caroline Rose, Magnolia Mae, and soon to arrive Jacob William; father Rev. Jack Chalmers (Shirley) of Braselton, GA; sister Kim King (Kevin) of Lakemont, GA; brother David Chalmers of Braselton, GA; nieces and nephews Denver King, Nancy King, Charlene Chalmers, Chris Chalmers, Mary Jane Chalmers, Jack Chalmers, and David Chalmers Jr.She was born in Atlanta, GA. Debbie grew up in Roanoke, VA before moving to Atlanta shortly before finishing high school. After marriage, she lived in Greenville, SC and Charlotte NC before settling in Snellville GA.Debbie worked in the banking and real estate business for over 20 years. She enjoyed quiet cups of coffee in the morning, walking on the beach, watching funny movies, weekends in the mountains and time spent with her family and friends.Her greatest joy was being surrounded by her grandchildren - who affectionately knew her as "Mimi".If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emory Hospice Unit, Decatur GA.A gathering prior to the celebration graveside for Debbie Campbell will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 2nd, 2021 at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, with the service to follow at 11:30 am at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Hwy 78 West, Snellville, GA 30039.The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 1st from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Tom M.
