Little Lady Celeste Mae Cook passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on January 15, 2021. She was born at 8:47 P.M. and met the eyes of Jesus at 8:47 P.M. the same day. Celeste was the daughter of Mallory Sosebee Cook and James Michael Cook of Jefferson, Georgia. Celeste brought immense joy to every life she touched during the planning of her arrival. She also leaves to cherish her memory; maternal grandparents, Jim and Shelia (Biggers) Sosebee of Grayson, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Jim and Alice (Stephens) Cook of Villa Rica, Georgia; maternal great grandmother, Jimmie Mae (McConnell) Sosebee of Grayson, Georgia and maternal great grandparents, Robert and Jean (Davis) Biggers of Lawrenceville, Georgia; other relatives and a host of friends. Celeste was predeceased by her maternal great grandfather, Daniel “Ray” Sosebee, Sr. in 2014, paternal great grandparents, James C. Cook in 2005 and Margie (Roberts) Cook in 2014; paternal great grandparents, James W. Stephens in 1973 and Dorothy (Turner) Stephens in 1998. Celeste was a beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time. We will always miss and love you. A Private Family Graveside Service to Honor the Life of Little Lady Celeste Mae Cook will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 2299 Rosebud Rd., Grayson, Georgia 30017 with Pastor Dustin Sosebee officiating. Mallory and Michael request that in lieu of flowers, those desiring make donations to Rachel’s Gift, Inc., “Providing Comfort During the Greatest of Losses”, 922 Hwy. 81 East PMB 153, McDonough, GA 30252 (470-278-1956) in memory of Little Lady Celeste Mae Cook.
