Joyce B. Clark age 88 of Snellville, GA, passed away Friday, March 11, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur G. and Helen (Bechtel) Clark; husband of over 30 years, Elvin L. Clark. She is survived by her 2 children, daughter and son in law, Connie and Dick Welte of Snellville, GA and son and daughter in law, Jeff and Robbie Clark of Richland, WA; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.Mrs. Clark was a Gwinnett County resident since 1986. She worked as a school teacher in Lavonia, Michigan, her career as an elementary school teacher spanned many years. Mrs. Clark was such a beautiful lady, My granddaughter & I lived across the street from her. She was the first one I met when I moved to Stockton Walk. We have missed her so much since she moved. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. We loved her so much Gloria & Hannah Britt
