Inez M. Autry, age 87 of Lilburn, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Jann Key Wilson and son-in-law Wendell L. Wilson; grandsons; and great- grandchildren.The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Inez M. Autry will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow to The Church of Carrollton Cemetery, Carrollton, GA. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. I am saddened at the loss of your mother. When Phil and Brenda had special occasions, you and your mom were part of the family. She and I had a lot of good times when we went to the Women of Faith Conferences. She was a very special lady and will be missed. May the Lord give you strength in the days that follow as you work through this difficult time in your life.

I met Inez through the Telephone Pioneers when she would come and sit with the vendors at AT&T. She was a wonderful, sweet, beautiful lady. She was always smiling and happy! I always thought she was a Shirley McLain look alike! She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Inez was a vibrant member of the Dekalb Medical Auxiliary. I am a volunteer and remember her fondly when she served as President of the Auxiliary. She sent me birthday cards many times. I will miss her bright smile.
We are honored to have shared the Love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with Inez at Mt. Carmel Christian Church. She lived her life in service to our Lord. Inez brought special joy to our special needs son, Justin, with hugs, cute cards she would mail almost weekly, cookies, gifts and genuine love and compassion. Her passion for our Savior, her zest for life, her servant's heart and her encouragement to all she knew, made her greatly loved, admired and respected. We are very grateful and humbly honored to have been her friends.
