Harold Chestnut

Harold Quinnon Chestnut of Stone Mountain, Georgia, age 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25th at his home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Joann Wise Chestnut, and beloved daughter, Brenda Chestnut. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Denise Chestnut, Kim and Saeed Nadjariun, and Donna and Jeff Hurst; grandchildren, Samantha Hurst and Leila Nadjariun; siblings, Lewis Chestnut (pre deceased) Daphne Faulkner, Lamar Chestnut, Rosemary Ely, Paul Chestnut and Martha Hand.He retired from the telecommunication industry with almost forty years of service with the Bell systems. Harold was a very devoted and caring husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.The Service to Honor and Celebrate the Life of Harold Quinnon Chestnut will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM, Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Rev. Danny Odum will officiate the service. Entombment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville, GA.
